What size display do I need for my meeting room?
Measure the distance to the furthest seat. 55 inch suits up to 3.5 m, 65 inch up to 5 m, and 75 inch up to 6 m. Most conference rooms for 6 to 14 people take a 65 or 75 inch display.
Do we still need a projector or a whiteboard?
No. The display replaces both. At 450 nits it is brighter than most projectors, works with the lights on, and has a full digital whiteboard built in.
Can staff and guests share from their own laptops?
Yes. Windows, Mac, Android, and iPhone all share wirelessly. Guests can use the display's own hotspot, so they never join your company network.
How much does a meeting room display cost?
It depends on the screen size, mount, and number of rooms. Send us your room details and we reply with an itemized quote, usually the same business day. Volume pricing applies to multi-room projects.
How long do delivery and installation take?

Do we need a PC in the room for Teams or Zoom?
No. The apps run on the display itself. If you prefer Windows, add an OPS module (slot-in Windows PC) or connect a laptop with one USB-C cable.
Which camera should we use?
Any USB camera or video bar works. One camera above the screen is enough for small rooms. For larger rooms, we recommend a video bar with auto-framing (camera follows the speaker). We help you choose.

It depends on the furthest seat. 86 inch covers up to about 7 m, and 98 inch up to about 8.5 m. We confirm on a site visit.
Is a display better than a projector for a boardroom?
Yes, in most rooms. A display is brighter and sharper, needs no lamp replacement, and works with the lights on. It also adds touch, whiteboard, and video calls.
Is it secure for confidential meetings?
Yes. Guest sharing stays off your company network, and IT controls which features are enabled through remote device management.
Can we use two screens?
Yes. A dual setup is common in boardrooms: one screen shows remote participants and the other shows the presentation.
What warranty do boardroom displays have?
Most displays carry a 3 to 5 year manufacturer warranty depending on the model. Local support and spare parts are available in Yerevan.
